8. Great Smokey Mountains National Park

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a United States National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site that straddles the ridgeline of the Great Smoky Mountains, part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in East Tennessee and North Carolina.

In 1919, it was renamed Zion National Monument by President Woodrow Wilson.

The park was finally designated as Zion National Park in 1919.

Bryce Canyon National Park

Camping in Bryce Canyon National Park is a unique experience.

The park was established as a national monument on February 25, 1923, and was redesignated as a national park on October 24, 1928.
