I first visited New Orleans about two weeks before Hurricane Katrina hit back in 2005.

I fell in love with the city right away and if this is your first visit, I bet you will too!

New Orleanians are known for being wild during Mardi Gras season

They have an annual parade called “the best party ever” where people eat, drink, dance, ride around in floats throwing beads out at bystanders… it is quite amazing actually!

There are plenty of things to do and discover- if you’re up for it.
